“One who looks outside, dreams. One who looks inside, awakens.” (C.G. Jung)
Any psychotherapist (psychologist), healer, parent, adult, child transmits his/her own fears, whether or not being aware of them. The way we look at the world, at ourselves and others is unconscious in most of the cases and it is a psychological conditioning based on the interaction of the nervous system and the environment we were born in. In Transactional Analysis, we talk about perceptive styles when we refer to this.
So I propose, in a safe environment and in an interactive way, that you discover your own perceptive style, based on the informations about psychological conditioning and about how it is sustained by the neurological functioning, and a way to a state of wellbeing, quietness and safety outside the reach of psychological conditioning. If the mind were a radar, the wellbeing state I’m referring to is beyond the reach of the radar and you can find it by looking inside yourself.
