I will address how Transactional Analysis helps us to stay connected to ourselves and others, adds thriving to surviving and overcome feelings of helplessness. I will talk about Berne´s original idea about how to come from only “surviving” to “thriving”, about cultural scripts and their impact on individuals, ideas and TA-concepts how to thrive and live your life.
